Guidelines for record submission

This table provides guidelines for submission of records. A key is provided for the abbreviations used to indicate the type of records required for each species. For those species that are considered by the Herts Rare Birds Panel, a downloadable description form is available here (in MS Word format). This can be printed and posted to the County Recorder, whose address is on the form, or filled in and .
