Hertfordshire description species

As a result of changes to the BBRC list and the frequency of the occurrence of species in the county changes have been made to the list of species for which a full description is required.

Descriptions are no longer required for the following species which will I hope please many as they now occur on a regular basis in the county. This applies to all records from 2004 onwards. Overall, fewer descriptions should be needed.

Descriptions are now required for the following species; many of them have been removed from the BBRC list and this is indicated in brackets. Descriptions still need to be sent to the BBRC for 2004 and 2005 for those species which have been removed from that list. For the three that have been added to the Hertfordshire list and are not former BBRC species all descriptions are needed from 2004 onwards.
